Nestled along the pristine shores of Bintan, the all-inclusive Club Med resort welcomed the Lim Wen Heng team with open arms and endless sunshine. Upon arrival, staff were greeted with refreshing drinks, warm smiles, and breathtaking views—setting the tone for an energizing and rewarding retreat.
Day 1: Arrival, Free Flow & Night Entertainment
Day one was all about unwinding. Guests indulged in free-flow drinks and buffet feasts, enjoyed the beachside facilities, and reconnected with colleagues in a more relaxed setting. As the sun set, the resort came alive with a high-energy Club Med staff performance, followed by a live DJ session and dance floor under the stars—an exhilarating close to the evening.

The second day brought out the competitive spirit in everyone with a thrilling Amazing Race around the resort grounds. Teams navigated physical and mental challenges, showcasing creativity, teamwork, and speed. In the afternoon, laughter and cheers echoed across the beachfront during the classic Tug of War, where departments battled it out in the name of fun and unity.
After a day of high-energy activities, guests were treated once again to a dynamic night performance, followed by DJ beats and dancing late into the night, with everyone letting loose and enjoying the all-inclusive hospitality.
Day 3: Farewell & Gratitude
As the retreat drew to a close, the team departed with sun-kissed smiles, stronger bonds, and renewed motivation. The 2025 Labour Day Retreat was not just a holiday—it was a celebration of the company’s people, culture, and collective achievements.
